What types of oils does High Prof Oil supply?
We supply a wide range of premium edible oils including:

Are your oils refined or unrefined?
We offer both refined and crude (unrefined) oils, depending on your needs. Refined oils are processed to remove impurities, odor, and color, making them ideal for direct food use. Crude oils are typically used for further industrial processing or in cosmetics.
Are your products non-GMO and organic?
Yes, we prioritize sourcing non-GMO crops and, where possible, offer organic-certified options. Please inform our team if you have specific certification requirements.
Do you offer custom packaging or private labeling?
Absolutely. We offer flexible packaging solutions including jerry cans, bottles, drums, IBC tanks, and flexitanks. Private labeling and OEM branding are available for bulk orders.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we export our products globally. We ship to markets across Africa, the Middle East, Europe, and Asia. All shipments are arranged from our production and export facilities in Tanzania.
What are your minimum order quantities (MOQ)?
MOQ varies by product and packaging type. Generally:
For bottled oils: 1,000 liters (combined sizes).
For bulk drums or IBCs: 5 metric tons.
For flexitanks or container orders: 20 metric tons or more.
Custom MOQs may apply for special product types or private labeling.
How long does it take to process and deliver an order?
Standard lead times:
Domestic (within Tanzania): 3–5 business days
Regional (East/West Africa): 7–14 days
International (overseas shipments): 14–28 days, depending on port and shipping method
Express processing is available upon request and confirmation of availability.
Are your oils certified for export?
Yes. All products comply with Tanzania Bureau of Standards (TBS) and international export regulations. Upon request, we provide:
Certificate of Origin
Certificate of Analysis
SGS or Intertek inspection reports
Halal and/or Kosher certification (on applicable products)
What food safety and quality certifications do you hold?
Our quality assurance system complies with:
ISO 22000 – Food Safety Management
HACCP – Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points
GMP – Good Manufacturing Practices
TBS and relevant global import/export authorities
We are also in the process of obtaining additional global certifications to support new markets.
Do you offer credit terms for bulk buyers or long-term partners?
For first-time buyers, we require upfront payment or a secured LC (Letter of Credit). Long-term clients with a consistent order history may qualify for extended payment terms subject to approval.
Can I track my order or shipment status?
Yes. Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, we provide:
Tracking numbers (for domestic or couriered orders)
Bill of Lading and shipping documents (for containerized cargo)
Weekly updates until delivery completion
